Sandy's Pump Track is gone for now- the city has a water works project going through there

Summer is finally over and the weather is very nice. Snow Bird alert- winter infestation of Northern BMX travelers soon to follow.

The 9th st. Motorcycle gang is growing- almost 12 deep now. Slasher and Doug E. Fresh have submitted membership applications- approval pending.

Halloween reminders- there is no alcohol allowed in the park. This means if the cops show up (and they probably will), you get a ticket if you're caught drinking or drunk. Also Austin Police set up random sobriety check points on holidays to catch DWI'rs. JAIL=$$$ be safe.

Friendly digging reminders:

NEVER tear down another jump/roller/berm-anything

FINISH what you start as soon as you can

PACK the dirt you throw ASAP

Don't dig holes in bad places

Ask for advice- this place was built by a group effort. Ask the opinions of the locals before you start working
