Santana once explained to me his key to health through proper diet.
For example, the idea of eating menudo doesn't sound that great to me. However, Santana claims it is one of the best cures for a hangover. His logic is this; if your stomach hurts you need to eat something else's stomach to get back in balance. If you have a headache, tacos de sesos. Your ankles hurt, a jar of pigs feet, etc.
